What is the most ridiculous country border in history?

It's difficult to define what constitutes the "most ridiculous" country border in history, as there have been many unusual borders throughout history for a variety of reasons, including geographical, political, and cultural factors. However, here are a few examples of unusual borders that have garnered attention:

Baarle-Hertog/Baarle-Nassau: This is a complex border between Belgium and the Netherlands, where the border crosses through the town of Baarle in a seemingly random pattern. As a result, there are many enclaves and exclaves (areas of one country surrounded by the other) in the town, making it a unique and confusing border.

The Condominium of New Hebrides: The New Hebrides (now Vanuatu) was jointly administered by France and the United Kingdom from 1906 to 1980. During this time, the border between the French and British zones was simply marked by a line drawn on a map, with no physical demarcation on the ground. This led to some confusion and disputes, as well as some unusual situations where a person could technically be standing in both countries at the same time.

The Hala'ib Triangle: This is a disputed border area between Egypt and Sudan, which has been the subject of numerous conflicts and negotiations over the years. The border was originally drawn by the British in 1899, but both Egypt and Sudan claim sovereignty over the area. As a result, there are two separate border markers in the region, with a no-man's-land between them.

These are just a few examples of unusual borders in history, and there are many others that could be considered equally "ridiculous" depending on one's perspective.
